Ampapa D1 – Der kompakte High-Tech-Verstärker mit 3 Eingängen, VU-Metern, PFFB & Hochpassfilter!
- Wider Soundstage, Clearer Detail: Compared with standard IC op amps, V7 Vivid Air opens up the soundstage, places instruments with greater precision, and gives low frequencies more accuracy, texture, and control, bringing greater scale and definition to complex recordings.
- Efficient Vivid Upgrade: V7 Vivid Air retains the Vivid Pro’s signature character while drawing half the power. In systems using multiple op amps, lower power demand helps ease the cumulative load on the power supply, making the Vivid sound a more practical upgrade for designs with limited power headroom.
- Fully Discrete, Layered Design: A fully discrete circuit and multilayer PCB separate signal, ground, and shielding paths in a compact design. The Max Airflow case promotes natural heat dissipation, while the layered layout helps reduce airborne interference.
- Dual DIP-8 Compatibility: Replace a compatible dual IC op amp such as the NE5532, OPA2604, LM4562, or MUSES02 with a fully discrete alternative. The standard dual DIP-8 format offers an upgrade option for matching audio circuits.
- Designed for Diverse Applications: Explore new upgrade possibilities for your existing audio equipment, including the Ampapa D1 and Douk Audio ST-02. It is also suitable for compatible DACs, headphone amplifiers, preamps, integrated amplifiers, power amplifiers, and other audio equipment.

FAQs
Q: Which op-amps can the V7 Vivid Air replace?
A: See the compatible dual op-amp models provided with this listing. If you're unsure about your op-amp model, please contact us.
Q: Which applications are not recommended?
A: The V7 Vivid Air is not recommended for battery-powered devices, including headphone amps, DACs, and DSPs. It is also not recommended for AM/FM tuners or reel-to-reel players.
Q: What should I know before installation?
A: Turn off and disconnect the device from power. Let the op-amp cool before handling, and align its Pin 1 indicator with the socket’s Pin 1 mark. Contact customer support if you are unsure.
Q: Can MC303 pass audio when powered off?
A: Yes. When powered off, Input A bypasses directly to Output 1, so audio can continue to pass through normally. VU metering and channel switching require power.
Q: How many op-amps are included?
A: Each box contains one pair of V7 Vivid Air Dual Op-Amps.
The Vivid Sound, Now for More Systems
Feedback from thousands of users revealed a need for a more efficient solution, especially in systems using multiple op-amps or with limited power to spare. V7 Vivid Air was developed in response, using around half the power of V7 Vivid Pro while retaining its unmistakably vivid sonic character.
